Coach for Women in Life Transition – A Path of Grounding and Renewal

Hi ! I'm Nathalie . . .

I’m not a therapist — I’ve walked this path.
A grounded, lucid, and sensitive space for women in life transition.

I support women through delicate or defining passages — a time of upheaval, a crossroads, a quiet rebirth.
Together, we hold space for what wants to emerge — with gentleness, clarity, and depth.

I’m not a therapist — I’ve been there too.

From the threshold I crossed, I now illuminate yours.

I remember that moment with clarity — the sterile smell of chemotherapy, the silence hanging in the room, the weight of the gazes. That day marked a turning point. I realized I was no longer in control. My body was slipping away from me. All I could do was surrender. To something greater. To life itself.

That’s when something opened — not through fighting, but through surrendering to what is.

At the heart of this passage, I received an unexpected kind of support. During a retreat in Switzerland, women gathered around me in a circle of presence — soft, invisible, and yet deeply embodied. Through their gestures, their silences, their intentions, I felt a collective force at work.

In those months of hardship, I found my way back to what kept me alive: the cards I pulled each morning, the words that helped me name the unspoken, the trees that taught me to breathe. Slowly, I relearned how to live — differently.

One sentence followed me like a red thread:

“Even the darkest night will end and the sun will rise.” — Victor Hugo

Even now, I know that our greatest wounds can birth the deepest light.

My symbol is the poppy.

Delicate in appearance, yet fiercely resilient. It grows where no one expects it to — along roadsides and in abandoned fields. It opens red, luminous, where the ground has been turned. Just like me.

I’m not a therapist — but here’s how I hold space

I support women through moments when everything feels unsteady — by offering a space that is alive, safe, and deeply attuned.

This isn’t a fixed method. It’s a way of being: lucid, connected, embodied.

Here are the pillars that ground my approach:

Psychosynthesis

Psychosynthesis is a therapeutic approach that welcomes inner complexity. It helps you recognize the different parts of yourself — even those that feel contradictory — and turn them into allies rather than obstacles. It’s a living compass to move forward with greater discernment.

It brings your deeper will back to the heart of the journey — not the will to force or control, but the will to orient, to choose, to weave meaning. You don’t have to become someone else. You are invited to gather your inner pieces and come back to wholeness.

Inner Keys and Embodied Archetypes

I use tarot and astrology as mirrors of the soul. They don’t predict. They reveal.

These symbolic languages illuminate your current experience — shedding light on essential questions, deep impulses, and inner tensions waiting to be acknowledged.

Rather than boxing you in, they offer sensitive keys that connect intuition and transformation with fluidity and depth. You’re gently guided to sense the right moment — to name what feels unnameable, and find your rhythm within a larger cycle. And when words fall short, they softly whisper what longs to unfold.

Body, Heart & Consciousness

When transitions ask to be felt — not fixed.I’m not a therapist. But I offer a deeply grounded space to help you navigate what the mind alone cannot hold. Because when you’re in the midst of a life transition, it’s never just in your head. The body speaks. Emotion floods in. The mind spirals — or shuts down. This is why my approach is integrative and somatic:

We work with the language of the body, emotional memory, and the subtle movement of thought. Step by step, I guide you back to your inner anchor. To listen within. To bring back coherence between sensations, emotions, and thoughts — so that your transformation becomes fully embodied.

I’m not a therapist. I’ve walked this path myself.

I am not a therapist.

However, I have walked through thresholds that therapists rarely map.

I trained in psychosynthesis at the London Psychosynthesis Trust — a soulful, integrative approach that holds both the psyche and the Self.

In addition, I’m a certified sophrologist, with training from the Institut Français de Sophrologie, where I explored the intelligence of the breath and the healing wisdom of the body.

Alongside these paths, I deepened my intuitive capacities through a year-long training in subtle perception and inner guidance — opening the way to a more embodied, ancestral connection to the invisible.

Over time, this journey has shaped my posture: listening beyond words, trusting the unsaid, and honouring what emerges in the in-between spaces.

Today, my work weaves together these threads — therapeutic, symbolic, and intuitive — to support women in life transition.

Moreover, I’ve explored archetypal languages like tarot and astrology — not as tools of prediction, but as mirrors of the soul and inner compass.

What I offer isn’t clinical. Instead, it’s anchored, embodied, and born from lived thresholds.

I’ve sat with collapse — through illness, silence, and the slow rebuilding.

Ultimately, what I bring to others, I’ve first had to offer to myself.

So no, I’m not a therapist.

But I’m here — with presence, discernment, and a gaze that recognizes what’s trembling beneath the surface.

What if we took the time to talk?

You don’t have to prove anything. You don’t need to wait until you feel better to ask for support. What matters is how you feel — here and now. I invite you to book a free discovery call: a gentle space to connect, see if my approach resonates with you, and take a moment for yourself. No pressure. No expectations.

Just one step toward you.
