Four thresholds to return to yourself and reinvent your way of being in the world.

Symbolic Thresholds for Inner Realignment

There is no single path.

There are thresholds. Passages. Inner callings.

Some women come to me after a relational turning point.

Others, on the edge of a career decision, in the midst of persistent fatigue, illness, or a way of being in the world that no longer feels right.

Rather than offering services or programs, I chose to name these entry points: doors.

Each opens onto a symbolic space — a pivotal moment, a possibility for transformation.

A space to unburden — and to attune to what quietly calls.

Behind each door, it’s not the difficulty that takes center stage — but the inner shift it awakens.

This might take the shape of a subtle movement, a renewed sense of aliveness, or a more truthful way of inhabiting one’s life.

Opening doors, finding your way back to yourself

These doors mark sensitive life thresholds — often quiet, sometimes invisible.

They emerged from what I’ve listened to, welcomed, and witnessed.

Rather than outlining a set path or prescribing a timeframe, I chose to honour the diversity of lived experience — allowing each woman the freedom to name what she is going through.

Each door opens onto a space of attuned listening and gentle guidance, shaped around the uniqueness of your journey.

A place to lay down what feels heavy, explore what resists, and breathe life into what quietly calls.

Vocation

When your work no longer makes sense. When your professional environment no longer honours your authenticity.

When fatigue, loss of meaning, and inner tensions signal the end of a cycle.

This is a space to reconnect with your direction, uncover what truly animates you, and make career choices aligned with your deeper calling.

Relationship

When connection, solitude, or a shift in intimacy confronts you with what is still unresolved.

When you feel the need to reclaim your inner sovereignty, clarify how you love, and define your boundaries.

Returning to yourself — at the heart of relationship — to cultivate bonds that are more conscious, alive, and authentic.

Sobriety

When alcohol takes up too much space.

When you long to free yourself — without shame, without fear, without moral judgment.

When the time comes to understand what this habit may have been masking — and to dare a gentler relationship with yourself.

Reconnecting to your inner world through a path of sensitive, lucid, and deeply embodied sobriety.

Care

When the body is shaken by illness. When all bearings seem to vanish.

When burnout, cancer, or exhaustion bring everything into question.

To be supported through this passage — not as a loss of identity, but as a symbolic, profound threshold to be welcomed.

One path, one presence

Each woman arrives with her own story, her questions, her stirrings.

I offer a first conversation — to get to know each other, feel if it resonates, and gently lay the first stones of a support space that’s right for you.
