Life Transition Coaching for Women
Finding clarity when everything feels uncertain.
Maybe you’re standing at a crossroads, longing for life transition coaching for women — a steady hand where things feel unsteady.
But something within you — vaster, deeper — is calling to be revealed.
It’s your soul, gently knocking at the door.
My role is to open a space for that voice. Quietly. Without dogma. With presence.
When old reference points fall away and the new has not yet emerged, a threshold appears — between collapse and becoming.
That’s where I meet you, with presence, depth, and trust.
Rooted in Psychosynthesis, my approach honors what longs to emerge — welcoming the movements of the body, the heart, and the soul.
I offer you a space to truly listen to yourself, gather the pieces, and reconnect with your inner thread.

I offer life transition coaching for women who are standing at a threshold — between what was and what is yet to be.
Whether it’s a shift in career, identity, motherhood, or a quiet inner awakening, this space is here to support your realignment.
My work blends presence, symbolism, and psychological depth to help you reconnect with what truly matters and move forward in integrity.
This is not performance coaching. It’s a slow, sacred path back to yourself — and I walk it with you.
Body, Heart, Awareness: A Unified Approach
This life transition coaching for women follows a tailor-made path: an initial opening session to lay down what you’re going through, regular sessions to explore what’s seeking to emerge, and a final integrative session to anchor, embody, and move forward.
This isn’t a fixed method — it’s a living space where every step matters.
Trained in Psychosynthesis, I hold space by drawing on voice, body, intuition, and archetypes — as many bridges toward your inner world.
Each session becomes a meeting, and each path, a carefully attuned journey.
Three soul-aligned journeys through life transition coaching for women
Because no transition is ever quite the same, I invite you to choose the path that echoes your own rhythm and story.
Each of these journeys is an invitation to return to yourself — gently, truthfully, in your own time.
Returning to Yourself
A gentle space of welcome after burnout, illness, heartbreak, or any other collapse.
A place to lay it all down, to breathe again, to reconnect with your inner rhythm.
Crossing the Threshold
A deep and symbolic container for those navigating an existential crisis, a loss of meaning, a fertile void.
To listen to what life softly whispers through the silence.
Embodiment
A path of grounding and alignment — to move from “I sense” to “I choose.”
To embody your truth in the world, with courage and grace.
Not sure which path is calling you?
Free Discovery Call ~ 30 minutes
A first, commitment-free conversation — simply to get to know each other.
You can share what you’re going through, what you’re seeking, or what you don’t yet have words for.
I’ll listen, answer your questions, and we’ll explore together whether this life transition coaching could truly support you.
Initial Session ~ 50 minutes
A first meeting to lay the foundation.
You share what you’re experiencing, what you’re going through, what you’re hoping for — or perhaps what you haven’t yet found the words for.
I listen with care, without judgment, and we explore together the possible pathways for your support.
This is a welcoming space to go deeper — where your story is received in its full complexity.
You don’t have to “know” — you’re welcome just as you are.
This first session opens the door to life transition coaching for women — an intuitive, grounded space to meet you where you are.
The Deepening Path
We move at your pace, drawing on different resources as we go:
– Words that bring clarity
– The body that reveals
– Symbols that transform (tarot, writing, visualization, etc.)
Each session is unique.
Between sessions, I sometimes send you resources to help deepen what has emerged.
Closing Session ~ 1h
A space to celebrate, pause, and integrate.
You leave with the seeds you’ve planted,
the tools that supported you,
and a renewed perspective on what you’ve been navigating.
It’s not an ending — it’s a passage.

Maybe you’re wondering what life transition coaching for women really means.
You’re not alone in asking.
It’s a question that comes up often — and it deserves a gentle, honest answer.
Here, I offer a few reflections to help you sense what this work is about, how it unfolds, and who it’s truly for.
Understanding Life Transition Coaching for Women
Life transition coaching is a supportive and grounded space to navigate those moments when everything feels like it’s shifting — loss, a turning point, a crisis of meaning, or simply the quiet knowing that something has to change.
This isn’t about solving a problem or setting goals in a linear way. It’s about listening to what’s trying to emerge, even when it doesn’t yet have words. Together, we unfold this threshold moment like a map — exploring both what is visible and what lies beneath: the inner voices, outdated patterns, and parts of you waiting to be seen.
This work blends listening, intuition, symbolic tools, and clarity-based practices to help you:
reconnect to your inner truth
return to your center
make aligned and meaningful choices
It’s an invitation to move through rather than around. To welcome the discomfort of transformation as a gateway to deeper, truer living.
This coaching is designed for women going through a shift — visible or invisible — that touches their identity, values, or life direction.
It may be for you if:
you’re going through a breakup, a career change, an illness, or a return to self after years of caring for others
you’re feeling lost, disoriented, or in between versions of yourself
you’re craving a space where you don’t have to pretend to have it all figured out
This work is especially suited to sensitive, thoughtful women who are not just looking for solutions, but for deeper realignment — a return to their own rhythm, meaning, and power.
You don’t have to be in crisis. You simply have to feel that something is asking to shift — and that you no longer wish to ignore it.
Therapeutic coaching and traditional coaching: the difference
Traditional coaching often focuses on concrete goals: regaining confidence, changing direction, taking action. It’s oriented toward movement and visible outcomes.
Therapeutic coaching, the way I practice it, holds space for the deeper layers of what you’re going through.
It’s not therapy in the medical or clinical sense. But it is a form of guidance rooted in inner transformation — one that welcomes your wounds, your blocks, your shadows.
This is a sensitive, symbolic, and integrative approach.
We work with the body, the voice, emotions, intuition, and archetypes.
Because a goal means nothing without inner alignment.
And navigating a life transition takes more than tools — it takes presence, connection, and deep listening.
This is not goal-based coaching.
It’s a path that honours the soul — that part of you that knows, even when everything feels blurred.
We listen to her impulses, her silences, her rebellions too.
It’s she who leads us — not checklists, not performance.
How the Process Unfolds: coaching and therapeutic work
Every journey is unique.
Some women experience a deep shift after just a few sessions, while others feel the need for a more regular rhythm over time.
I offer a flexible and adaptable framework, shaped by what you’re going through.
There’s no imposed duration — we co-create the path, step by step.
A first check-in usually takes place around the 6th session, to reflect together and make any necessary adjustments.
No. The tarot I work with has nothing to do with prediction.
It doesn’t aim to tell the future, but to shed light on what is already present within you: unconscious dynamics, living archetypes, symbolic images that resonate with what you’re going through.
It’s an intuitive and sensitive process, grounded in the power of imagery.
The card doesn’t offer an external truth — it acts as a living mirror, helping you listen differently to what you already know, but haven’t yet named.
When held within a space of care and presence, tarot becomes a tool for self-awareness, inner exploration, and symbolic integration.
It can support a life transition coaching process — but it can never replace deeper therapeutic work if that is what you need.
Starting Gently: Tools and sessions
My approach is integrative and adaptive.
The word tool is, in truth, a simplification.
What I offer isn’t a fixed method or predefined protocol — it’s a living weave. A way of opening spaces for transformation through the body, the mind, the emotions, and the soul.
I draw from several practices, chosen intuitively based on what you’re experiencing and what emerges during our sessions:
Psychosynthesis, to explore your inner parts, bring meaning to what feels fragmented, and reconnect you with your inner compass.
Symbolic work (tarot, astrology), to illuminate invisible dynamics, awaken the dialogue between intuition and the unconscious, and create resonance.
Meditation, at the heart of my practice, as an art of alignment — it bridges body, mind, emotion, and soul in a space of embodied presence.
The body, through breathwork, guided imagery, or simply listening to sensation — because the body often speaks before words arise.
Reflective writing, to clarify, anchor, and release — an invitation to find the right words for what is living within you.
None of these tools are imposed.
I open the doors.
You choose the ones you’re ready to walk through.
Every journey is unique.
Some women feel the need for a steady rhythm — meeting weekly helps them stay anchored and supported.
Others prefer more spaciousness — every two or three weeks, to let things unfold between sessions.
We’ll choose the pace together, with care and flexibility — honouring both your inner needs and the reality of your life.
There’s no pressure, only presence.
We move at the rhythm that feels most nourishing for you.
How the Process Unfolds: Duration, Tools, and Rhythm
Yes, absolutely.
I also offer one-off sessions — to check in, receive symbolic guidance (through tarot, for instance), or navigate a specific moment in your life.
It can also be a first encounter, to gently explore whether ongoing support feels right for you.
My work is not a substitute for psychotherapy, but it can gently support and complement an existing therapeutic journey.
It offers a different kind of space — one rooted in inner exploration, at the crossroads of coaching, symbolism, and soul.
You could call it soul coaching:
a space oriented not just toward healing, but toward meaning, integration, and the quiet return of your life force.
What if we took the time to talk?
You don’t need to have the perfect words, or a clearly defined question.
Just the inner impulse to lay down what’s asking to be heard.
I offer a free discovery call to meet you where you are — without pressure, with presence and humanity.
It could be the beginning of something meaningful.
