A space to return to yourself when illness takes hold of the body.

Care and support for women during illness

care

Behind illness: what is asking to be heard.

Care is for women moving through illness — or the aftershock of treatment — who are seeking a steady, intimate, sensitive space to lay down what is truly happening.

No technical explanations, no forced positivity: a place where what you’re living can exist fully, without being simplified or polished.

This is not about analysing your medical history or working on the psychological causes of illness.

It is about accompanying you through the crossing: fatigue, emotion, inner solitude, identity shifts, the return to self.

A place to return to your own rhythm, your body, your dignity — to what you needed to hold, hide, silence or abandon to get through the ordeal — and what you can now begin to welcome again.

Who is this support for?

For women who are living through:

✦  A treatment, a recovery period, or the aftermath of an illness that has shaken their inner life

✦  A deep loss of energy — physical or emotional — that isn’t always visible but quietly shapes their days

✦ An inner solitude, even when surrounded, because words fall short of what they are going through

✦  A loss of bearings: the sense that identity, body, and sensitivity have all shifted

✦  A diffuse fear or an overflow of emotions that rise and fall without warning

✦  A need to release the tension of having “held on” for too long

✦  A feeling of not being truly understood, despite the goodwill around them

✦  The exhaustion of hearing well-meaning phrases — “you’re strong, you’ll get through this,” “you’re a wonderwoman,” “the important thing is that it’s behind you now” — and the longing for a space where what they live is welcomed without simplification or forced comfort

And those who wish to:

✦  Reconnect with a steadier, softer, more alive inner presence

✦  Understand what, within them, has been shaken — and what is now trying to reorganise

✦  Lay down fear, burdens, and accumulated tension

✦  Reconnect with the body not as a problem to solve, but as a place to return to

✦  Allow subtle resources to re-emerge: intuition, sensitivity, clarity, a more natural slowness

✦ Rebuild a grounded relationship with life after hardship — without the pressure to “move on,” but with dignity and clarity

✦  Move through a reconstruction that isn’t defined by medicine or psychology alone, but by their own inner movement

What we explore together

Each session opens a space to work with:

✦   Your lived experience of treatment or illness: what it has shifted, exhausted, weakened or revealed in you

✦   The internal sensations that are hard to name: fatigue, brain fog, loss of vitality, tension, diffuse anxiety

✦   The emotions that rise in waves: sadness, anger, fear, missing softness, inner solitude

✦   Your relationship with your body: how it has changed, how it speaks now, what it needs today

✦  The traces left by having “held on” for so long: hypervigilance, restraint, the automatic effort to stay strong

✦  The ways illness has shaken your identity: what seems lost, and what is trying to be reborn differently

✦  What those around you cannot see — and what you still carry quietly inside

✦   The inner gestures of repair: breathing, slowing down, feeling, listening without forcing

✦   The subtle resources that emerge when the pressure eases: intuition, clarity, inner supports, a renewed sensitivity

✦   The path that helps you return to yourself, session after session, with no pressure to “heal quickly”

This is a sensitive inner accompaniment that meets your rhythm, your history, your emotions, and your desire to rediscover a full presence within yourself.

Moving forward with what awakens in you

One hour to return to what is truly moving inside you — fatigue, overwhelm, confusion, sudden clarity, a body pushed to its limits, emotions spilling over, the wish to find support without knowing where to begin.

You don’t have anything to prepare. Whatever shows up in you — your body, your emotions, your exhaustion, your faint impulse — simply becomes our starting point.

Some women come to lay down what has shifted during illness, what has been held for too long, what has no words yet.

Others come to reconnect with a gentler presence within themselves, with their breath, their inner dignity.

We follow the living thread of your own rhythm — sometimes slow, sometimes hesitant, sometimes clear.

This path is not about performance. It is an intimate reorientation — a space where you can make room for what returns in you, quietly, to the surface, simply asking to be heard.

The Possible Transformations.

✦  A clearer understanding of what the illness has shifted in you: what has collapsed, what has tightened, what now needs to be acknowledged rather than endured.

✦  A clearer vision of your emotional and physical needs: rest, limits, chosen solitude, adjusted support, slowness — everything that helps your body and psyche come back into alignment.

✦  A gentler way of inhabiting your days: finding simple gestures that soothe, anchors that support you, rituals that bring back a sense of breathing room.

✦  A gradual release of invisible tensions: guilt about being tired, the pressure to “stay strong,” fear of being a burden, the injunction to get better faster than your true rhythm allows.

✦  A soothing of the inner landscapes shaken by illness: sadness, anger, shame, loneliness, ambivalence — all these movements often silenced throughout treatment.

✦  A simpler and more coherent relationship with yourself: less dissociation, more presence, more harmony between what you feel, what you live, and what you choose.

✦  The quiet strength to set clear boundaries, even when others don’t understand — reclaiming your sovereignty without having to justify it.

✦  A renewed sense of vitality, even subtle: feeling your body come back into alliance, your mind become clearer, your breath soften, and something alive return.

✦  The real possibility of reinventing the way you inhabit life after the ordeal — not by “moving on,” but by weaving a truer, steadier, more inhabited relationship with yourself.

How Sessions Unfold

Practical Modalities

Sessions last about one hour and take place online or in Mâcon.

They take the shape of a suspended moment — designed to let you breathe differently than in the urgency of daily life.

This is not a protocol, nor a linear method: it is a space that shapes itself according to your state in the moment, your fatigue, your emotions, and your sensibility.

Some women arrive with a specific question related to their healing journey, a fear that keeps returning, a fatigue that doesn’t lift, or an inner stage they cannot cross alone.

Others simply need a place to rest, without having to explain, justify, or stay strong.

Above all, these sessions offer an encounter: a space where you are not alone with what you carry.

You can lay down what feels heavy, what troubles you, what is searching for its place — and be accompanied by an attentive presence, with a listening that welcomes every nuance — without pressure, injunction, or rushed interpretation.

We move at the pace of what appears: sometimes a quiet word, sometimes a necessary silence; sometimes a return to the body, sometimes an emotion seeking room to exist.

The rhythm is flexible — weekly, twice a month, or occasional — depending on what truly supports you and the stage you’re in.

A one-hour session is 70€.

Payment is made session by session, without commitment: you move forward at your own pace, according to your needs, your resources, and your inner reality.

A free 30-minute call is offered to meet, explore what you are living today, and see together whether this accompaniment feels right for you.
